It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me. :la:

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

It's about time that I took photography more seriously since it is my favourite hobby. I dream of a day when it could actually be my profession, that would be amazing.
So with that in mind I've decided to start using DA a lot more. So I'm going to start posting lots of pictures. Old stuff, new stuff and not necessarily just in one branch of photography since I love to experiment.
I hope everyone out there enjoys some of my pics and I also hope to get your honest opinions on them, so if you love them tell me and if you don't tell me aswell. Also feel free to tell me how you think a particular shot could have been better. I'm a big fan of soaking up other people's experience.
